Q. How much does shipping cost?
We offer Flat Rate shipping for all Ground orders.

 NOTE: Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $25 USD.

Q. Where do you ship?
A. We ship to most domestic destinations plus Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Q. Can I expedite my shipping?
A. All orders are normally shipped out within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). We offer Same Day Domestic Shipping on all UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air orders if your order is received by 1:00 p.m. EST. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification confirming it has shipped along with the details of your order and tracking information.

Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the shippers website.

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.

Q. Can I ship to more than one location?
A. We can ship to more than one location but separate orders must be placed for each shipping address.

 

Returns and Exchanges Questions

SWH No Hassle Return Policy
Unopened, sealed items can be returned for any reason. Simply bring or send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with or credit your account (whichever you prefer) for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
1. Incorrect product, please do not open, contact us immediately and see the NO HASSLES RETURN policy above.
2. Product that has been damaged in shipping transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.
